Why is This Needed?
The condition of street animals in Kalpitiya is a visible concern, affecting local businesses and families. With an estimated 1,500 stray dogs, the need for effective, humane solutions is urgent.

How We Work

Feeding Stations
Ensures the dogs are well-fed and healthy while creating a gathering point, making them easier to capture for neutering and vaccination.
Neutering Sessions
Control the stray dog population, preventing the birth of new litter and significantly reducing the population of stray dogs over time.
Vaccinations
Vaccinating stray dogs against common diseases will reduce the risk of disease transmission between animals and humans.
